"Our people are our greatest asset." We hear platitudes like this all the time - however what people do we have? It turns out, when it comes to leadership at least, that not all people are created equal. There are different qualities at play. This talk explores those qualities, while also giving your teams permission to get "lazy" (i.e. find better ways to do stuff). This deck is good by itself, but a great follow up to Legacy Thinking.
